Verbatim Theatre Unit: Knowledge & Understanding (A2 & A3)
Assignment: Write an essay analyzing and connecting the conventions of Verbatim Theatre to the intentions of the theatre style & discuss how you would like to use
these conventions to create your own Verbatim theatre.

Outline the intentions of Verbatim theatre, drawing on information from at least two sources

Discuss how each of these conventions might help to support the intention of Verbatim
Detail the conventions of Verbatim theatre

Write a paragraph describing how you would like to use these conventions in your own work – explain what effect you would hope to achieve
